Thank you for purchasing one of our luggage or trolley cases!
Each luggage case purchased from our company in Malaysia comes with a limited manufacturer warranty, the duration of which varies according to each series and model.
You may register your luggage for warranty using the form below. Do note that only the below brands will be accepted for repair at our luggage service centre.

Kindly ensure that the file submitted in the form is the original purchase receipt from the store and not a tax refund receipt.

REPAIR COVERAGE, LIMITED WARRANTY & SERVICE FEES
In the unlikely event that there is a defect caused during manufacturing or due to workmanship, you may find the limited warranty duration and details of the luggage model on the original product hang-tag. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your product according to the warranty terms and conditions stated on the tag.
PLEASE NOTE the limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents, or soil
Accidents, negligence, improper use, and poor maintenance
Zipper threading/tracking caused by forceful or unreasonable use of the product
Use of product in excess of maximum weight specifications
Improper repair or incorrectly-performed maintenance carried out by a third party
Damage and body cracks caused by airlines or common carriers during transport (please refer to the next section)
Always inspect your luggage thoroughly before leaving the airport. If your luggage has been damaged by an airline, you should immediately submit a damage claim with the airline.
Keep in mind that each airline has its own rules and regulations to process baggage damage claims. Please check with your airline for more information.
TERRITORIALITY OF WARRANTY
Please be informed that not all licensee brands have international warranty coverage. As such, under our discretion, we may service the product with a fee or reject the repair services.
