  • Can I get a repair quotation?
    Repair quotations will ONLY be responded to via WhatsApp. We will not provide quotations via chat. For all repair enquiries, kindly WhatsApp our Aftersales Care Team at 9232 6305 with the following: - Brand, model and serial number of luggage - Proof of purchase or warranty card - Photo of front of luggage - Clear photo of damaged area Our team will respond regarding your warranty or repair quotation within 2-3 working days.   • Where is your luggage repair centre located?
    Our luggage repair centre is located at: 53 Ubi Ave 3, #01-01 Travelite Building, Singapore 408863 Opening hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding PH) Closed for lunch break from 12pm to 1pm daily Before you bring your luggage to our repair centre, kindly WhatsApp 9232 6305 with the following: - Brand, model and serial number of luggage - Proof of purchase or warranty card - Photo of front of luggage - Clear photo of damaged area Our team will advise if you should bring your luggage down depending on repair parts availability. Please bring down the damaged luggage and the warranty card or proof of purchase (if any) for repair. Due to a surge in luggage repairs, please expect a longer repair time of at least 4-6 weeks.   • I already enquired for repair via WhatsApp but did not get a response.
    Due to an increase in repair enquiries, our team will respond regarding your warranty or repair quotation within 2-3 working days. Kindly also note that the repair waiting time will take at least 4-6 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • How long will luggage repair take?
    Due to a surge in luggage repairs, please expect a longer repair time of at least 4-6 weeks. Once the repair is complete, you will receive an SMS to inform you that your luggage is ready for collection. Kindly bring along the Service Form when you collect your luggage.
  • Do you provide delivery for online orders?
    For online orders, we provide local shipping within Singapore only. We use Qxpress to deliver all orders. Local shipping within Singapore is free only for orders above $80. For orders under $80, shipping fee starts at $4.30.
  • How can I track my online order?
    Once your order has been processed, you will receive the Qxpress tracking number via email and a chat message on our website. Do note that once the package has left our facility, it is no longer within our control. Kindly liaise with Qxpress for any missing or damaged packages.
  • Can I self-collect my online order?
    Self-collection is only available for orders placed on the eTravelite website. We do not offer self-collection for Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10 as the logistics are handled by their appointed couriers. You can self-collect your order by selecting "Store Pickup" under the Delivery Method section of the checkout page. When your order is ready for collection, we will send you a collection email and message.   • Can I view and purchase products on the spot?

Kindly note that our Ubi address is an office building and not a retail store, hence we are unable to accommodate any requests for product viewing and on-the-spot purchases.
