EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at thl.online@etravelite.com within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution for you. We will, under our discretion, make an exchange, replacement or return for a full refund.

 

Conditions for Return of Items

Items must be returned in new condition, unused with original packaging and inclusive of all hand-tags. All return shipping and re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer. 

 

We only accept return requests for products purchased on our website.

For products purchased from other retailers (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, department stores), please contact the original store of purchase directly for returns.
 

Due to hygiene concerns, the following items are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable:

1.    Undergarments
2.    Socks
3.    Headphones and earphones

Sale Items

Sale items purchased during special promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only if the item is found to have any defects or damages, we will under our discretion, make an exchange, replacement or provide a full refund.  

Damaged or Defective Items

1.    For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days return policy upon receipt of sales order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

•    Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
•    All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
•    Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item packs have to be returned as a whole set. If the order was received with: a gift with purchase, bonus items, bundles, sets, it must be returned together with the returned order.
•    All returns will be reviewed first and we reserved the right to replace or exchange another item with the same pricing.

2.    We will also accept returns for change of mind within 7 days from date of receipt.
Please note, you must cover the cost of return postage if it is due to a change of mind and subject to the following terms and conditions:

•    Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, proof of purchase, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories (including authentic labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hang tags) in order to obtain a refund.

Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claim of defects.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt by us of the original product, however this may take longer depending on your item and the number of returns in our system.
