In your email, please provide the following information as best as you can:
- Brand & model of luggage
- Proof of purchase or warranty card
- Clear photo of damaged area
Due to a surge in repair enquiries, please expect a
longer processing time of at least 3 weeks for repair services.

LIMITED WARRANTY & SERVICE FEES
In the unlikely event that a defect should occur caused by manufacturing defects in workmanship, refer to the original product hang-tag for the limited warranty length of your particular model. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated.
The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents, or soil.
Accidents, negligence, improper use, and poor maintenance.
Zipper threading/tracking caused by abusive or unreasonable use of the product.
Use of product in excess of maximum weight specifications.
Transportation damage and body cracks caused by airlines, or common carriers
Improper repairs or incorrectly performed maintenance made by a third party.
Always inspect your luggage thoroughly before leaving the airport. If your luggage was damaged by an airline, you should immediately submit a damage claim with the airline.
Keep in mind that each airline has its own rules and regulations to process a baggage damage claim. Please check with your airline for more information.
TERRITORIALITY OF THE WARRANTY
Please be informed that not all licensee brands have international warranty coverage. As such, under our discretion, we may service the product with a service fee or reject the repair services.
