For repair enquiries, kindly WhatsApp our Aftersales Team at 9232 6305.

Please provide the following when you make an enquiry:

- Brand, model and serial number of luggage

- Proof of purchase or warranty card

- Photo of front of luggage

- Clear photo of damaged area

Our team will get back to you with regards to whether your warranty is still valid, or provide a repair quotation if your warranty has expired.

Kindly note the following:

Our team may take up 2 to 3 days to respond due to the large volume of enquiries. If you do not receive a response after a few days, please send them another message. You may also provide us with your mobile number via chat or email so that we can get our team to reply you.

REPAIR & COLLECTION DURATION

Due to the sudden boom in travel , please expect a longer repair time of at least 3-4 weeks.
You will receive an SMS once your luggage is ready for collection.

Once you receive the SMS, kindly WhatsApp 9232 6305 with your collection date and time.
When you arrive, let our team at the reception know your Service Form number.

REPAIR COVERAGE, LIMITED WARRANTY & SERVICE FEES

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that there is a defect caused during manufacturing or due to workmanship, you may find the limited warranty duration and details of the luggage model on the original product hang-tag. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your product according to the warranty terms and conditions stated on the tag.

PLEASE NOTE the limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear such as abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents, or soil

  • Accidents, negligence, improper use, and poor maintenance

  • Zipper threading/tracking caused by forceful or unreasonable use of the product

  • Use of product in excess of maximum weight specifications

  • Improper repair or incorrectly-performed maintenance carried out by a third party

     

  • Damage and body cracks caused by airlines or common carriers during transport (please refer to the next section)

AIRLINE DAMAGE

Always inspect your luggage thoroughly before leaving the airport. If your luggage has been damaged by an airline, you should immediately submit a damage claim with the airline.

Keep in mind that each airline has its own rules and regulations to process baggage damage claims. Please check with your airline for more information.

TERRITORIALITY OF WARRANTY

Please be informed that not all licensee brands have international warranty coverage. As such, under our discretion, we may service the product with a fee or reject the repair services.
