The Company is arranging for the Live AGM Webcast and the Live AGM Audio Feed which will take place on
Wednesday, 27 July 2022 at 2:00pm in place of the physical AGM. Members will be able to watch or listen to the AGM proceedings through the Live AGM Webcast or the Live AGM Audio Feed via mobile phone, tablet, computer or any such electronic device.
Travelite Holdings Ltd. Shareholders must register to submit questions in advance, submit their proxy form online and watch the live webcast of the AGM.
All registrations must be done by 2:00pm SGT on 25 July 2022 to allow Travelite Holdings Ltd. to verify your shareholder status.
