• 1986: Travelite Trading Co. was established.
• 1989: Secured license and distributorship of lifestyle fashion brands for bags and luggage.
• 1990: Penetrated into departmental stores.
• 1992: Started own retail outlet - Luggage Express.
• 1994: Travelite Marketing Sdn Bhd was incorporated to distribute our products across Malaysia.
• 1997: Appointed an Indonesia distributor for our bags and luggage products.
• 1997: Change the name of our chain of retail outlets to Travel for All.
• 1998: Added winter wear into our range of products.
• 2001: Expanded our product range to the Executive Accessories segment.
• 2002: Started partnering with banks to develop Redemption programs.
• 2003: Secured a Southeast-Asia wide licence for Camel Active.
• 2005: Appointed a China distributor to market our products.
• 2007: Listed on Singapore Stock Exchange (SESDAQ) on the 16th May 2007.
• 2007: Acquired YGM Marketing Pte Ltd, a leading menswear distributor in Singapore, on 29th Nov 2007.
• 2007: Acquired controlling interest in Fashion Street (S) Pte Ltd, which owns the U.R.S & inc. brand, on 31st Dec 2007.
• 2008: Acquired Fashion Way Sdn. Bhd. on 31st Jul 2008.
• 2009: Acquired Yangtzekiang Industries Sdn. Bhd., a menswear distributor in Malaysia, on 23rd Mar 2009.
• 2009: Transferred to SGX Mainboard on 24th August 2009.
• 2009: Secured exclusive distributorship rights for Delsey in Singapore & Malaysia on 1st Oct 2009.
